As a member of the Chartered Institute for Editing and Proofreading, I abide by the CIEP’s Professional Practice Code. I’ve completed training in copyediting and proofreading with the CIEP to ensure that you can trust me to provide a high standard of work.

I specialise in horror and science fiction, but I welcome enquiries from authors writing in any genre of fiction or creative non-fiction.
Submitting your manuscript for editing can be a little scary, I know. But if you’re a little daunted about handing over your work for the “red pen treatment”, don’t worry – I’m here to help! I can promise you an honest but supportive approach when you work with me. Ultimately, I want you to feel confident about your work and help to make it look its absolute best for when you get it into readers’ hands!
I’ll never use AI in any of my services. You can be sure that a real human is checking every detail, considering every edit carefully, and making sure your work looks as good in reality as it does in your head, be that for printed or electronic editions of your book.
